We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Manage assigned territory sales, ensuring that all sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on account management and territory development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
