Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Participate in remodeling projects, including installing new fixtures and systems.
- Help with pipe threading and welding tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand plumbing systems and components.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing.
- Experience or knowledge in remodeling is a plus but not required.
