We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role serves an important role in supporting our director and management with a variety of tasks, and providing excellent customer service to our internal residents and external partners. This is a 30 hours per week position, which is full-time status and receives our full benefits package. We look forward to speaking with you about this rewarding opportunity!
Our Administrative Assistant:

Answers and directs calls and emails from our internal residents and external partners.
- Welcomes visitors and assists all residents, guests, and colleagues by answering questions, referring questions and concerns to the appropriate team members, and providing other assistance as requested.
- Assists with general invoices, budgeting, billing statements, preparing paperwork, filing, and other office duties.
- Coordinates transportation, supporting the transportation team, and occasionally drive as a back-up when needed.
- Supports the creation of social media posts and assists with marketing events in partnership with the marketing team.
- Creates appealing monthly newsletter and assists as a back-up coworker in creating our monthly calendar of events.
- Assists as a back-up coworker for our life enrichment activities including, but not limited to, scheduling activities calendar, outside entertainment, outings, social events, special events such as birthdays and holidays, coordinating volunteer activities, and other.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have current driver's license.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and social media software (Facebook).
Physical Requirements Include:
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs, and work quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
