We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Architectural Project Coordinator with experience in commercial, multi-family and healthcare architecture. This role supports the successful delivery of complex projects by coordinating design documentation, managing communication between stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and healthcare-specific regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and documentation across all phases of design and construction.
- Assist in the preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Track project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Support permitting and approval processes by preparing and submitting required documentation.
- Maintain project files, meeting notes, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Monitor budgets and assist with cost tracking and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Participate in site visits and construction meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Accredited Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural project coordination, with a focus on commercial and/or healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, Lumion, TwinMotion and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an architectural or design firm.
- LEED accreditation or familiarity with sustainable design practices.
