Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of store supervisors and associates, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring stock levels are maintained and managed efficiently.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies.
- Train and develop staff through effective onboarding programs and ongoing training initiatives.
- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions regarding product buying.
- Interview potential candidates for various positions within the area, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for stock purchases and promotions.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop sales strategies that drive revenue growth across all locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management or retail operations.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams and customers.
