Waltco, Inc. is looking to fill our Operations Manager position for our Armored Car Division in Green Bay, WI. This is a working Manager position in the physical and fast-paced Cash in Transit industry. This position's involves lifting, lowering, carrying, problem solving, detail orientated, math skills, and maintain a conceal and carry permit. Applicants must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience hiring, scheduling, computer, and hand gun training. Must be able to bend, stand, walk, and climb within the work day. Must have a valid driver's license. Prior experience in management, money handling, auditing, computer knowledge, and armored car experience preferred.

All Armored Car employees must provide their own weapon, holster, and able to obtain a conceal and carry permit. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and obtain a DOT Medical Card. All applicants must have the ability to lift 70lbs, repeatedly, stack, and maneuver objects, to bend, stand, walk, and climb within the work day.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
