ZMF Headphones seeks a new team member to join our artisan team creating and delivering premium handcrafted headphones to music enthusiasts worldwide. If you have experience in high-end retail, instrument sales, store operations, boutique sales, event coordination, restaurant and/or serving or other hands-on with attention to detail types of professions , we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Quality Work:
- Handcraft quality control - inspect premium headphones with attention to detail and care.
- Curate customer experiences by carefully packaging luxury audio products
- Assembly of accessory bundles and premium presentation packages
Boutique Fulfillment Operations:
- Custom order preparation for discerning clients
- Precision packaging of handcrafted headphones using specialized techniques
- Inventory curation of accessories and materials
- Workshop coordination with our team for seamless operations
Music at the Core:
- Work with premium audio equipment daily
- Support music professionals, artists, and audio enthusiasts
- Maintain the boutique quality standards that ZMF is known for

Essential Qualities:

- References required
Background We Value:
- Experience in high-end retail, music industry, artisan crafts, restaurant/event work that is detail oriented
- Custom order fulfillment or boutique operations
- Quality control in premium products or handcrafted items
- Customer service with discerning clientele
- Ability to handle delicate, valuable products with care
- Strong organizational skills for managing custom projects
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- ShipStation and Shopify platform experience
- E-commerce fulfillment for specialty products
- Inventory management for supplies
- Order processing systems
Workshop Details
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM + OT opportunities
Location: Convenient to Harlem BNSF Metra route - easy commute! Driving? We have a parking lot.
Environment: Creative workshop atmosphere - this is NOT a typical warehouse!
