**Duties & Responsibilities:**
The Embroidery Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for a variety of general warehouse and shipping/receiving tasks, including:
* Inbound and outbound shipping/receiving
* Picking and packing customer orders
* Organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
* Stock keeping and product replenishment
* Inventory control and quality checks
* Operating warehouse machinery (e.g., embroidery equipment)
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or a related warehouse role
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Working knowledge of warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and quality control
* Ability to lift and move objects and perform physical tasks as required
* Familiarity with RF scanners and distribution center processes (preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
