Job description

You crave a career that pushes you, where you'll meet challenges head on and you're guaranteed to grow.

Your innovative mindset is key to creating solutions to complex problems. Our systems drive our organisational success and underpin every journey our customers take. This is your opportunity to be part of an expert team who build and refine seamless technology experiences.

In this role, you'll:

Support reliable and secure Operational Technology (OT) networks by maintaining accurate asset records and producing compliant, fit-for-purpose network and telecommunications designs.

Manage asset data and design documentation, develop and review low-level designs, assess change impacts and risks, collaborate with engineers/vendors, and support testing, commissioning, and incident resolution.

Balance reliability, security, and operational constraints across complex systems while coordinating multiple stakeholders, maintaining high-quality data, and applying strong design, asset management, and communication capabilities.

About you

You manage your day-to-day priorities independently, making routine decisions within an agreed work plan and escalating more complex or sensitive issues to senior leaders when needed.

You’re responsible for keeping your manager informed, working closely with others to get things done, and contributing to team outcomes—even though you don’t have direct reports.

You follow organisational and technical standards in everything you do, including financial guidelines, and use your knowledge of OT networks, asset management, and technical documentation to deliver accurate, high-quality work.
