Advance to Controller and beyond with a growth-oriented advanced manufacturing (robotic welding) company. You would come in as an Assistant Controller but work closely with the fractional CFO and have a pathway for advancing to a Controller position. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute strategically to core financial operations, take on cost accounting, and work closely with executive leadership during a significant expansion phase.
You will manage key accounting functions while progressively taking on more, doing analysis, and making a positive impact to grow with the organization. The ideal candidate brings manufacturing accounting acumen, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of cost accounting.

What You’ll Own
- Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash forecasts)
- Oversee cost accounting and WIP tracking alongside production
- Lead AR, AP, payroll, and cash flow management
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger with minimal supervision
- Manage cash flow reporting and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor and optimize inventory, pricing, and margin KPIs
- Help manage employee time tracking and office purchasing

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is strongly preferred
- Experienced with senior accounting functions within manufacturing environments
- Comfortable with debits/credits and working in financial systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
- Interested in building something that scales and not just maintaining what exists
- Able to wear many hats in accounting, finance, compliance, and strategic analysis
