About the Role:
As Assistant Designer, you’ll work closely with the Head Designer on all aspects of the design process—from initial concept through production. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience and play a key role in shaping a new brand from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching trends, fabrics, and references for upcoming collections
- Support sketching and development of design concepts
- Help prepare tech packs, line sheets, and presentation boards
- Coordinate with fabric vendors and sample makers
- Manage design files, samples, and materials
- Participate in fittings and product reviews
- Provide day-to-day design support and creative input
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a degree (or current enrollment) in Fashion Design or a related field
- Is skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design sketching
- Has strong organization skills and a keen attention to detail
- Works well independently and collaboratively
- Is passionate, proactive, and eager to learn
- Has a good eye for color, proportion, and trends
