We’re looking for a hospitality all-rounder — someone who loves meeting people, creating memorable guest experiences, and also takes pride in keeping things spotless.
This is a unique opportunity to train directly with our long-time Inn Manager, who will be retiring in a year or two, and learn all aspects of running a charming bed & breakfast in Napa Valley.
If you’ve ever dreamed of becoming an innkeeper or managing a small boutique property, this role is the perfect stepping stone. You’ll spend part of your week managing front-of-house guest services, and the rest helping maintain our high housekeeping standards that guests rave about.
What You’ll Do
Innkeeping (2–3 days/week)
- Warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and provide local recommendations
- Prepare and serve our famous breakfast — you’ll be trained in-house by our Inn Manager
- Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, or in person
- Assist with reservations and basic front desk tasks
- Keep common areas tidy, stocked, and welcoming
Housekeeping (balance of the week)
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms and common areas to our high boutique standards
- Manage laundry: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels
- Restock guest amenities and supplies
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure all cleaning follows safety and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality, housekeeping, or front desk experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Flexible schedule (weekends required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
