Fedco Floors is hiring and seeking a full time Sales Support/Order Fulfillment, Office & Warehouse Operations assistant manager.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and versatile Assistant Manager to support our Sales, Customer Service, Office, and Order Fulfillment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to wear multiple hats—from processing orders and supporting the sales team to working in the warehouse and assisting on job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing using MeasureSquare and QuickBooks software
- Sales & Customer Support: Handle inquiries, quotes, work order processing, invoicing, collections, and customer follow-ups
- Warehouse Duties: Operate equipment, prep inventory for order fulfillment.
- Field Support: Assist sales and service teams at customer sites
- Admin Support: Coordinate with sales and service teams, maintain records, support managers
- Performance Tasks: Includes order processing, collections, client communication, and documentation
- Product Knowledge: Understand SKUs, product applications, specs and pricing, and availability
We are looking for an assistant manager with great communication skills to assist our sales team and customers over the phone and through email chats. Process orders, invoice products and services, assist customers with payment, manage warranty claims, document customer issues, assist with order fulfillment, and multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. This is a fast paced work environment with little supervision once trained. Must be able to manage time and prioritize appropriately.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and outside sales team to process customer orders, invoices, and warranty claims.
- Assist customers and outside sales teams to generate pricing for customer purchase orders.
- Gain and communicate knowledge of our floor covering products in order to address customer questions and concerns
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and process customer orders on company software
- Provide Service Dealer network with technical support on Fedco Products and Services
- Document customer issues with assigned cases and follow up with the customer if needed.
- Work within multiple areas of expertise to support customer needs and goals.
- Provide feedback and support for managers
Additional Responsibilities
- Ability to share knowledge of products and support managers with customer demands
- Assist order fulfillment team preparing materials for installation teams
- Receiving deliveries and managing inventory
- Ordering supplies and responsible for general upkeep of the office and warehouse
Qualifications & Skills
- 4-Year College Degree or equivalent job experience required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or MeasureSquare (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and juggle multiple responsibilities
- Warehouse/Forklift equipment (or willingness to learn)
- Must be able to occasionally lift/move product and deliver materials to job sites
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
