Job Summary:
MOJO Dog Co. is seeking a driven, organized, and customer-focused team member to lead our retail sales floor and manage order fulfillment operations. This individual will also play a key role in generating new business by reaching out to prospective clients, promoting our custom products, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Experience (Retail):
- Greet and assist in-store customers, providing knowledgeable, friendly service
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Track sales trends and suggest merchandising improvements
- Educate clients on product features, customization options, and care instructions
Order Fulfillment & Inventory:
- Process online and custom orders accurately and on time
- Coordinate with the production team for printing, embroidery, and delivery timelines
- Maintain inventory levels and organize stock, including packaging materials and shipping supplies
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer service inquiries related to orders
Client Outreach & B2B Sales:
- Identify and contact potential wholesale or custom-order clients (trainers, businesses, events, etc.)
- Schedule and conduct outreach emails/calls to grow MOJO’s client base
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads to close new business
- Represent the brand at local events or workshops as needed
Requirements
- Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using POS systems, inventory tools, and basic CRM platforms
- Passion for dogs, dog gear, or the training community is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,500.00 per year
