Job Description:
Do you enjoy fast-paced, joyful environments and love being part of memorable celebrations? We're seeking day-of wedding assistants to support our planning team during weddings and special events. This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in event settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup of ceremony and reception spaces (tables, chairs, décor, signage, etc.)
- Support wedding planner with vendor coordination and event logistics
- Greet and guide guests as needed
- Help manage timeline and transitions throughout the event
- Handle last-minute changes or needs with professionalism
- Assist with breakdown and clean-up post-event
Requirements:
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or on a team
- Comfortable standing and moving for long periods (6–12 hours per event)
- Available on weekends and evenings (especially Fridays–Sundays)
- Positive attitude and polished appearance
- Experience in hospitality or events a plus, but not required
