Position Overview
We’re looking for an Assistant Studio Partner to join our team and support the day-to-day management of one of our busy whitening studios. Working closely with the Studio Partner, you will help deliver treatments, drive sales, and create a memorable experience for every guest. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional aiming to develop their leadership skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities
Sales & Client Growth
- Lead the sales cycle by engaging new leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals
- Encourage repeat business by promoting memberships and product offerings
- Develop strong client relationships to increase retention
Client Service
- Administer whitening treatments with care and expertise
- Provide outstanding service that ensures a positive and comfortable client experience
- Address client scheduling and service questions promptly and professionally
Studio Operations
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and fully operational
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to support studio goals
- Collaborate with the Studio Partner to meet and exceed business objectives
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong interpersonal and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Availability to work weekends and selected holidays
- Background in commission-driven roles such as wellness, beauty, retail, or fitness is preferred
