Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple matters with minimal supervision. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators on challenging and rewarding cases.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of litigation, including case strategy and trial preparation
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses
- Participate in court hearings and trials
- Manage document discovery, including review and analysis of evidence
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Texas state court
- 2–5 years of litigation experience
- Proficient in legal research techniques and tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
