Your Role as an Associate Dentist
As an Associate Dentist at Greeley Dental Care, you’ll provide comprehensive and life-changing dental treatments, working in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality dental care, focusing on both general dentistry and advanced procedures.
- Perform restorative, orthodontic, and surgical treatments while utilizing the latest techniques and technology.
- Engage with patients to build lasting relationships and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Collaborate with our skilled team to create efficient, patient-centered workflows.
- Maintain clinical excellence by staying up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a talented, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Dentist with a commitment to excellence.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Colorado dental license or ability to obtain one.
- Open to coaching, mentorship, and performance management support (We’ve got your back!).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build patient trust.
- Strong decision-making skills with a focus on patient well-being.
- Drive to build a personal legacy and contribute to a growing practice.
- Extreme ownership of skills and commitment to continuous learning.
- Bilingual (Preferred) – Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
