Job Summary
Athletics Business Office Graduate Intern to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Drexel University's Athletic Business Office including but not limited to invoice processing, department deposit management, contract submission, and assisting with travel management.
Essential Functions
- Handle daily department deposits and maintain deposit logs
- Assist in the management of day-to-day activities involved with processing business documents such as:
- Invoices, both payables and receivables
- Contract Submissions
- Purchasing Card Charges
- Assist with supervision of athletics vehicles
- Assist with travel itineraries and hotel/charter bus/rental car contracts
- Complete financial analyses and surveys as requested
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Ability to multi-task and complete projects in a timely manner.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service.
- Demonstrated competence with the Microsoft Office package, particularly with Excel.
- Strong integrity and character, sharing a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference and University rules.

Additional Information
This is a Part-Time Per Diem position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
