Job Summary:
The Dean Team Automotive Group in Ballwin is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our team. This individual will be essential in maintaining accurate records, processing vendor payments and collecting and managing incoming receivables.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
- Process invoices and reconcile vendor statements
- Process manufacturers statements
- Process credit card statements
- Prepare and issue payments
- Support 1099 process at year-end
Accounts Receivable
- Prepare daily deposits and reconcile service and parts receipts
- Accurately post customer payments and reconcile accounts
- Generate customer statements
- Follow-up on aged accounts
General
- Maintain accurate and organized records for payables and receivables
- Maintain sublet account
- Purchase office supplies
- Assist with general ledger maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
