Overview
Our dealership is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our dealership. As an Office Clerk, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, managing after-market submissions and cancellations, and supporting a variety of office functions.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain documents, including contracts, employee forms, and legal papers.
- Create, update, and manage both paper and digital filing systems.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with receptionist duties, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling mail.
- Maintain office equipment, order supplies, and process invoices.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with computerized systems and office software.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in office management or administrative tasks preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (including occasional overtime or weekends).
