Requirements
Schedule: In-Office 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Experience: No Previous experience required. We will train you!
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Organization: Must be highly organized with great attention to detail.
Technology: Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome customers with a positive and inviting demeanor, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in scheduling service or sales appointments, maintaining an organized calendar.
Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about dealership services, products, and promotions to customers.
Administrative Support: Assist the administrative team with clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.
Client Coordination: Coordinate customer activities with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints or queries with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
