Job Description:
As a Sales Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our dealership. You will use your expertise in the automotive industry to build lasting relationships with customers, provide knowledgeable advice, and drive sales to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge, offering detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate the value of our vehicles.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and promote future business.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet dealership goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a salesperson in an automotive dealership or related field.
- Strong understanding of automotive products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Strong sales and organizational skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
