Salary: $74,000 - $136,000/year
- Commission Structure:
- 4.75% of RO parts and labor sales for CSI below zone.
- 5.25% for CSI above zone.
- 5.5% for CSI in the top 10% of the zone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Schedule service appointments, gather customer and vehicle information, and document vehicle issues on repair orders.
- Estimates & Updates: Provide accurate estimates for parts and labor, and keep customers informed about their vehicle's status.
- Process Management: Track special orders, follow up on parts, and submit warranty documentation.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of satisfaction by delivering excellent service and clear communication.

Requirements
- Provide above average Customer Service.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations.
- Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude.
- Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to take direction well.
- Clear and concise communication skills
