Salary: 30% ($200 minimum) per unit
Compensation Structure:
- 30% commission (after pack) up to $4,000 per unit sold.
- $500 minimum commission when you sell 10+ units in a month (retroactive to the first unit sold).
- Extra bonuses and incentives based on performance.

- Connect with potential customers and help them find their perfect ride.

Time Off & Holidays
- Paid Time Off (PTO):

3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked
10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Effective communication skills
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
- Clean driving record with valid driver license.
- Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
