Job Title: Bakery -Assistant manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of bakery items, such as pastries, creams, cookies, cakes, pizza, sandwiches, pasta.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and finish bakery items with icing, glazes, and toppings
- Package and label bakery products for display or sale
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
-Serve customers items ordered and cashier - receive payment from customers
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food production environment.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is a plus
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and measure ingredients precisely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are prepared on time
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors
