About Us:
We are a growing local bakery known for our fresh, high-quality breads and customer-focused service. We’re looking for a reliable and organized Bakery Manager to oversee production, packaging, and deliveries — and to help us maintain high standards in both product quality and customer service.
Schedule:
- 5 days/week: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Shift hours: Approximately 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Must be dependable and punctual — production and delivery timelines are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise bakery operations: bread production, packaging, and prep
- Manage and support staff during shift
- Take customer orders via phone or email
- Coordinate delivery routes with drivers and ensure timely dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and enforce food safety procedures
- Track inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with ownership on staffing and workflow
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a bakery, food production, or team lead role
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Leadership ability — able to motivate and direct a small team
- Comfortable with hands-on work in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer/scheduling skills
- Must be available during required days and hours

Pay: $31,200.00 - $41,600.00 per year
