We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Train new staff members on bartending techniques, menu items, and customer service protocols.
- Assist in developing training programs for staff to enhance their skills in food management and culinary practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely service of food items ordered at the bar.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food production processes and kitchen management, is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interview potential candidates for bartending positions effectively.
- A background in training development can enhance your contribution to our team’s success.
