We are seeking a Restaurant Front of the house Lead with Bar Experience. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience and leading the Front of House team to 5 Star Service Delivery. ServSafe Manager Certificate along with Tips or ServAlcohol and pouring permit required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities
- Support Bar Manager with inventory and successful operations
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Responsible for front of house inventory and orders
- Daily tip out of servers
- Build guest relationships
- Oversee reviews and social media messages
- Hiring, coaching, and termination of personnel
- Train and manage bar personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- ServSafe Manager Certificate along with Tips or ServAlcohol and pouring permit required.
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Experience with creating and implementing processes as needed
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Alcohol and/or TiPS Certification and pouring permit for South Fulton County required at hiring or withing 1 week of hire date.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
