Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barbers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering techniques and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each client leaves feeling confident and satisfied. We are also willing to train. You will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Must be motivated to build own career through personal relationships and social media.
Duties
- Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming.
- Utilize straight razors and other tools to achieve precise cuts and styles.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Experienced barbers preferred but also willing to train
Must hold a valid barber license
Commission-based: 60/40 split
Independent Contractor Status
Tips 100% go to the barber
Supplies provided but must have own barber tools
Must have good people skills and be a team player.
Typical start time is 10am and typical end time is 8pm
