Royal Car Center is looking for a motivated, customer-focused BDC Representative to join our Business Development Center. This is your chance to be part of a fast-growing dealership with a strong reputation for customer service and employee success.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a BDC Rep, you'll be the first point of contact for potential and returning customers. Your role is essential in helping drive showroom traffic, set appointments, and follow up with leads to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests
- Make outbound calls to follow up with online leads, previous customers, and unsold prospects
- Set and confirm appointments for the sales and service departments
- Update and manage customer records in the CRM system
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service on every interaction
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or BDC role (automotive experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone and written)
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day
- Strong computer skills and experience using CRM tools
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent (college a bonus)
- Bilingual preferred not required
