What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
- Implement individualized treatment goals designed by a BCBA
- Track and record session data to measure progress and guide clinical decisions
- Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team and share professional insights
- Maintain a positive, engaging environment tailored to each child’s unique learning style

Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, RBT, or in a related role supporting children with autism or developmental differences
- RBT credential preferred (must be willing to obtain/maintain certification if not currently certified)
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
