A Steady Hand is seeking an experienced Behavioral Site Manager to assist with oversight of a supported living home providing services for two gentlemen with mild behavioral needs.

Scheduled hours: Monday-Thursday 2pm-12am ON-CALL RESPONSIBLITIES REQUIRED.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
Behavioral Support & Implementation
- Lead the implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) in coordination with behavioral support teams.
- Model proactive de-escalation techniques and ensure trauma-informed practices are consistently followed
- Monitor, document, and report behavioral data and incidents to guide treatment planning and interventions.
- Train and support staff in understanding, responding to, and appropriately managing behavioral challenges.
Team Leadership & Supervision
- Directly supervise, coach, and support a team of DSPs assigned to the home.
- Assist Program Director with schedule needs, receiving call-offs, and shift coverage to ensure consistent support and reduce turnover.
- Provide input for performance evaluations and provide ongoing mentorship and corrective guidance as needed.
- Foster a professional, respectful, and mission-driven team culture.
Operational Management
- Ensure daily site operations are in full compliance with agency policies, DODD regulations, and ISP goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including shift logs, incident reports, medication records, and behavioral data.
- Oversee household needs, including supplies, maintenance coordination, and transportation arrangements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guardians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Attend and contribute to ISP meetings, behavioral reviews, and care team conferences.
- Provide professional, timely updates to families and guardians regarding health, behavioral changes, and progress.
- Advocate for the individuals served and ensure their voices and choices are reflected in daily supports.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,553.30 - $54,859.89 per year
Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
