We are looking for a Community Center Coordinator to assist the Program Director in managing the clinical, financial and administrative operations of a Community Center for Adults with Brain Injury.
Under the direction of Program Director the Coordinator manages the program activities of Community Center staff including involvement in hiring, orientation, scheduling, training, and evaluating staff.
The Coordinator will also:
- Conduct regular staff meetings
- Ensure staff is trained on all necessary plans, procedures and practices
- Supervise staff and collaborates with members, guardians and other providers
- Promote the membership's progress in their Action Plan goals and contribution to the Community Center's operation
- Promote adherence to quality standards and regulations as set forth by the funding sources
- Anticipate and positively react to operational and administrative issues from members and community constituents
- Perform other duties as assigned
