We're seeking a hardworking individual with strong people skills to oversee our operations across various client sites. As an Area Manager, you’ll conduct site evaluations, manage and support our night/day janitorial crews, and address client feedback to ensure top-notch service. Area includes the state of Florida. Willing to travel is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate night janitorial crew members.
- Conduct site visits to assess cleanliness and client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships and address any concerns or feedback.
- Lead by example; be willing to get hands-on when necessary.
- Strategize for operational efficiency and team effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong observational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- No specific educational background required; we value hardworking individuals.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
