Healthgram is seeking dynamic and engaging members to join the team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II. This position is our members’ go-to resource for all of their healthcare questions, whether they’re asking about a claim or need help finding a doctor. We consider our Representatives to have the most important job: helping our members stay healthy.
What the Bilingual Customer Service Representative II can expect:
- Answering inbound calls from our queue to resolve issues from members
- Proactive outreach to members to educate them on their plan’s benefits
- Remind members of upcoming screenings and other appointments
- Coordinate care with members to help them find the best value facilities
What the ideal Bilingual Customer Service Representative II would bring:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
- Minimum two-year degree or greater
- Familiarity with healthcare and insurance terminology in English and Spanish
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional listening and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs
- A general understanding of employer-sponsored programs is preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
