Summary
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at Evergreen Waste Services, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding support to our customers while promoting our services. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for excellent service and fostering strong relationships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding waste management services and billing.
- Process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Manage data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on service inquiries and promote additional services.
- Provide multilingual support to enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude while addressing customer concerns and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in cash handling and basic financial transactions is preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and computer systems.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
