Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of preschool-aged children through engaging educational activities.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning
- Utilize various teaching methods to ensure all children's learning styles are accommodated
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate effectively with parents
- Incorporate activities that promote physical education, literacy, and overall childhood development
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques
Qualifications
- Spanish native speaker
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of preschool education principles and practices
- Ability to educate and engage young learners in a variety of subjects
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
