Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a “Safety First” attitude and prevent injuries to yourself and others.
- Wear all required PPE and comply with GMP standards.
- Conduct safety and housekeeping tours to identify hazards or unsafe conditions.
- Strive for the highest product quality and respond promptly to quality issues.
- Manage Quality Control Department personnel as needed.
- Establish or enhance quality specifications.
- Perform product analysis to ensure quality standards are met.
- Properly segregate, identify, and dispose of hold product.
- Collaborate with shift supervisors to ensure quality checks are performed.
- Review quality monitoring records from the previous 24 hours.
- Monitor quality documentation and auditing/testing results throughout the day.
- Address production concerns or quality complaints during shift meetings.
- Participate in daily production planning meetings.
- Ensure timely delivery of product samples to customers.
- Perform daily online inspections to identify defects in production.
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required.
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, stoop, sit, and stretch for extended periods.
- Capable of occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.
- Comfortable working in non-air-conditioned areas.
- Full range of body motion, including handling/lifting, manual/finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
Pay:
- Starting at $15/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
