Job Summary/Basic Function
The Department of Biology at Middle Tennessee State University invites applicants for a full-time, temporary (non-tenurable) faculty position (#103360) at the rank of lecturer to teach anatomy and physiology lectures and labs. This is a one-year temporary appointment. The contract may be renewed annually based on available funding, demonstrated need, and satisfactory performance as assessed by annual evaluations. The start date for the appointment is August 1, 2025.
Required Education
A terminal degree in biology, physiology, or biology education research is required by the appointment date.
Other Desirables
Applicants with can teach a variety of lower-division biology courses will receive special consideration.
