Job Summary:
Blue Life Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Biotech Support Intern. This internship provides exposure to both technical and customer-facing functions in a fast-growing life sciences company. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a lab environment, manufacturing facility, supporting quality operations, and interacting with our business development and client onboarding teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality Control, Lab Operations, and Manufacturing
- Assist in performing QC tests on raw materials, intermediates, and final products.
- Support laboratory activities such as reagent preparation, sample tracking, and inventory management.
- Participate in equipment setup, cleaning, calibration, and routine maintenance.
- Help document processes in accordance with ISO 13485 and company SOPs.
Client Support & Documentation
- Contribute to the support of validation protocols and generation of associated reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding of new client projects.
- Aid in managing client-specific documentation and timelines.
Business Development & Communications
- Help prepare presentations, outreach emails, and client follow-ups.
- Support tracking of leads and client status in CRM tools.
- Conduct market and competitor research related to biotech services and products.
Education and Experience:
- Have or working towards a BS or MS in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field. Preferably a recent graduate or someone with junior or senior standing at an accredited university.
- Basic laboratory skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Compensation:
The estimated hourly range for this position is $18-20 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
