Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in accounting software.
Duties
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Prepare payroll
- Utilize Quickbooks for efficient bookkeeping processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Quickbooks
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with corporate accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts.
- Experience with Quickbooks accounting software is required.
