Duties:
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain a visible presence at the entrance, deterring any potential security threats
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of all occupants
- Enforce property rules and regulations, addressing any violations or disturbances
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established protocols
- Provide directions and assistance to bar staff and visitors as needed
-Help everyone leave bar after last call
Requirements:
- Possess a valid guard
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform physical tasks as required
