JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Operations Manager to lead our team and drive the growth of our branch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial sales and customer relationship management, with a proven ability to manage operations effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can enhance branch performance through effective sales management and exceptional service delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting with the direction and administration of branch operations
- Ensures establishes policies and procedures are followed
- Oversees the provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers
- Ensures customers are promptly and professionally served
- Trains, directs and assists in supervising branch staff
- Effective coordination and communication with area personnel and management
- Responsible for related duties as required or assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Understanding of bank operations including opening and closing accounts, IRA and certificate procedures required
- Knowledge of teller operations and procedures required
- Communicate clearly, accurately and cordially through email and telephone
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good working relations exist with branch personnel
- Detail oriented, accurate and efficient
- Professional appearance, dress and attitude
- Three to five years of banking experience preferred
- Maintain the highest ethical standards as defined by Cache Valley Bank’s vision and values
