Job Overview
As our Brand & Networking Representative, you’ll be the face of Florida Roofing and Gutters and Tri Town Construction in the field. Your role will be to build and strengthen relationships with property managers, create a positive buzz about our brands, and ensure our companies are represented with professionalism and enthusiasm at various events.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to promote products and services effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Visit property management offices regularly to introduce and promote our services
- Attend networking events, industry mixers, and relevant social gatherings on behalf of FRG and TT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and local industry professionals
- Create, deliver, and follow up with branded gift baskets and promotional items
- Strategically create visibility and generate word-of-mouth about our companies in the community
- Collaborate with our internal teams to provide feedback and insights from the field
Skills
- Outgoing, confident, and highly personable
- Strong data collection skills for effective market analysis.
- Comfortable attending events alone and striking up conversations
- Organized and able to manage multiple visits or deliveries in a day
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication skills for clear and effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of branding principles to maintain consistent brand messaging.
