We are looking for an eager person with a background in skiing and knowledge of custom boot fitting to become a Sun Valley Brass Ranch Boot Fitter. Works well with customers and listens to their needs. We will train the right person.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Works with customers and helps to choose and custom fit ski boots
- Participates in Clinics with all brands to learn about the products we sell
- Is knowledgeable about ski boots and what different levels of skiers need
- Must be able to sit for long stints of time down low, crawl, pull and bend
- Available for boot trainings starting in October
- Listens attentively and shares information and support to the customers that are shopping
- Answers customer’s questions concerning location price, and use of merchandise.
- Focus on delivering 100% customer satisfaction
- Accepts payment and makes change.
- Wraps or bags and mails out merchandise for customers.
- Communicates to store supervisor any unresolved customer service issues
- Folds and cleans store daily.
- Removes and records amount of cash in register at end of shift.
Qualifications:
- Skiing or custom boot-fitting experience preferred.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
- While performing this job, the employee must walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
- Must safely move objects up to approximately 45 pounds about the workplace.
