Overview
We are looking to fill multiple positions. Pay ranging from $15-$20 an hour. +tips
1 - Expo/Dish
3 - Line/prep cooks
The days needed for each position:
Expo - 2 to 3 days a week, weekdays only
Line/Prep - 2 to 5 days a week depending on the week. Tuesday-Sunday.
Expo/Dish Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the chef and other cooks by keeping tickets organized
- Make sure all dishes have the right sides/sauces
- Take food items to the correct tables
- Buss any dirty dishes on your way back through
- Ensure dishes are being cleaned and there is silverware available for servers
- Some silverware rolling required
- Keep Expo and kitchen prep areas clean and stocked during shift
- Closing is required.
- Some opening shifts required.
- Communicate with other staff members on food orders
Line/Prep Cook Responsibilities
- Opening restaurant
- Closing restaurant
- Stocking the line
- Prepping back-ups
- Prepping different meats for smoking
- Cooking orders to the Chef's standards.
- Keep consistent ticket times. 10 minutes.
- Keeping line stocked/cooking area clean throughout shift
- Communicate with other staff members on food orders

Line/Prep Cook Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry
- Knowledge of food handling practices
- Strong knife skills
- Previous experience with various kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn new techniques in the kitchen
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.01 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
