Brewery Kitchen Staff

Overview

We are looking to fill multiple positions. Pay ranging from $15-$20 an hour. +tips

1 - Expo/Dish

3 - Line/prep cooks

The days needed for each position:

Expo - 2 to 3 days a week, weekdays only

Line/Prep - 2 to 5 days a week depending on the week. Tuesday-Sunday.

Expo/Dish Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the chef and other cooks by keeping tickets organized
• Make sure all dishes have the right sides/sauces
• Take food items to the correct tables
• Buss any dirty dishes on your way back through
• Ensure dishes are being cleaned and there is silverware available for servers
• Some silverware rolling required
• Keep Expo and kitchen prep areas clean and stocked during shift
• Closing is required.
• Some opening shifts required.
• Communicate with other staff members on food orders

Line/Prep Cook Responsibilities

• Opening restaurant
• Closing restaurant
• Stocking the line
• Prepping back-ups
• Prepping different meats for smoking
• Cooking orders to the Chef's standards.
• Keep consistent ticket times. 10 minutes.
• Keeping line stocked/cooking area clean throughout shift
• Communicate with other staff members on food orders

Line/Prep Cook Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry
• Knowledge of food handling practices
• Strong knife skills
• Previous experience with various kitchen equipment
• Ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn new techniques in the kitchen
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $20.01 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
