We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Oversee shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels and effective scheduling.
- Collaborate with kitchen management to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop training programs for new employees, focusing on customer service excellence and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor dining area cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in catering events as needed, coordinating with the kitchen to deliver exceptional service.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong background in shift management, kitchen management, and team leadership.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Experience in training development and implementing operational improvements.
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus.
- A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
