Bridal Assistants are the first impression of Ivory Rose and play a vital supporting role behind the scenes and alongside our Bridal Stylists. Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, this entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to grow into a Bridal Stylist role in the future. You bring warmth, organization, and a can-do attitude—we’ll teach you the rest!

Responsibilities
- Greet guests, check them in and out, and ensure a welcoming front-of-house experience
- Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and positivity
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on bridal appointments
- Assist stylists during bridal appointments with setup, cleanup, and client support
- Support daily store operations including store recovery and upkeep
- Assist with merchandising, visual displays, and marketing promotions
- Steam dresses and assist with product receiving and inventory logistics
- Monitor stock of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain order and tracking of dress shipping dates and vendor communication
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and team task completion
- Support content capture for social media and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to event prep and execution for in-store promotions or trunk shows
Requirements
- Friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs and move around the boutique with ease
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for 8–16 hours/week, including 1 Saturday/month (minimum)
