  • Compile, validate, and stage complete TFDM build packages for installation, including software binaries, configuration files, installation scripts, and documentation.
  • Ensure packages are built according to FAA standards and include all required components for successful site deployment and operation.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between software engineering, integration, adaptation, cybersecurity, test, and hardware teams to ensure all elements required for a build are synchronized.
  • Facilitate technical exchanges and status meetings to drive alignment across functional stakeholders.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and internal dry runs to validate the integrity and functionality of each software build prior to deployment.
  • Ensure that all builds meet quality, compliance, and performance standards before field release.
  • Coordinate with Site Implementation Teams to align build delivery with physical hardware readiness, adaptation validation, and site cutover schedules.
  • Track and manage the distribution of build media, version documentation, and required certificates or signatures.
  • Maintain accurate records of build content, version histories, release notes, and change logs for each deployment instance.
  • Support configuration audits and technical reviews with comprehensive documentation packages.
  • Identify risks related to build delays, misconfigurations, or integration challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track and resolve build-related issues during testing, integration, or deployment with a focus on root cause analysis and prevention.
  • Provide regular status updates, build readiness briefings, and deployment coordination reports to TFDM leadership and FAA oversight personnel.
  • Facilitate the use of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, SharePoint) to communicate progress and manage action items.
  • Refine and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for TFDM build planning, coordination, and delivery.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance build reliability, speed, and transparency across the program lifecycle.
  • Some travel may be required.

  • HS Diploma/GED and 6-12 years of relevant experience OR
  • Associates degree in a business or legal related field and 4-8 years relevant experience OR
